SONGWRITER’S NOTES

As I healed in this program, I kept praying for my babies, and one night my son reached out. He told me about a lot of the things he remembered. I kept telling myself that I’ve damaged my children. Until he said he remembered me teaching him to spell his name.

I’m still waiting to talk with my daughter, but when she’s ready I’ll be there with open arms.
