The story behind my lullaby is that we decided to look back on her life from being pregnant with her and not feeling her move to the touch of someone-- her dad or myself -- on my stomach. To her failing her hearing screening three times in the hospital. To the doctor informing us that she will need to undergo surgery when she turns 1. The long time we spent in hospital waiting room waiting for her to get out of surgery. It was a very long journey.
